Cage Marshall did a great job preparing me for the interview. I feel that Cage could not have done a better job preparing me for my Delta interview. I initially thought the cost of the prep was a bit higher than one of your competitors that I signed up with several weeks before. BUT, I quickly realized that CMC should charge more! Well worth every penny and then some. In fact, DeeDee had to spend some time "de-programming" me from the advice I received from the other prep company. CMC did one-on-one sessions and made the prep specific to me. All my emails, phone calls, and questions were answered immediately and I never felt like I was getting the standard, "this is what we tell everyone/one size fits all" kind of responses. I felt I was not just another face on a screen, not just another pilot in the process, and I was never fed canned answers. The other company is well known but poorly versed on how to truly prepare clients for an interview. Had I used the "must say this" BS the other company was preaching to me, I would have never been offered the CJO. I feel that Cage Marshall provided an excellent service and I have been recommending them like crazy. Piece of advice to all pilot applicants: Save your money and use one prep company.....CMC!

PS-two of the top interviewers on the day I interviewed were overheard recommending your services above all others. Said that you all "know it, get it and know how to prep the pilots the right way!". Congrats!

HIRED! Well, CJO. YAY! Thank you guys so much. After having been to several (3) interviews and being turned down, I was becoming very negative. I called you and everything about my attitude, my prep, my apps, changed. You scrubbed my app and resume and within 2 months, I was booking an interview. After prepping with your team, Michael, DeeDee and Damian, I saw the errors of my ways from interviews past. I don't remember exactly what year I began this journey by attending one of your interview prep seminars in Denver, but I do remember how impressed I was with each Cage person I met there. In the ensuing years when I would see Angie and DeeDee at job fairs you always remembered me, inquired as to how the quest was going, and offered encouragement. My first year at FedEx has flown by and my family and I could not be more fortunate to be there. Whenever anyone asks me how about my path I always tell them about your company and encourage them to investigate your services. One of these days (or years) I will be at a conference where you all are and I'll be able to properly thank you in person. I don't think I can honestly say I ever expected to make it to the majors, let alone did I think I would have offers for two of the most sought after flying careers in the world. WOW! I got the "Competitive Pool" letter from UPS this week. I'm pinching myself. I must admit, being a military guy, I was told that another prep service was where I should go. After participating in one of their events, I understood who the "canned" responses were coming from. You guys had to de-program me a bit but your approach was spot on! I went into that interview being 100% myself. From the HR interview to the sim and technical discussion, you guys were awesome. In fact, one of the interviewers commented on how refreshing my interview was because I did not come in "sitting like a robot, giving canned answers and spitting out buzzwords".
